Nappio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data the Nappio app (“Nappio”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. Nappio is provided by Nappio, Lithuania, which is the data controller for the data described here. Contact us at support@nappioapp.com.

In short: we collect only what is needed to track your baby’s sleep and sync it to your account. No ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and we never sell your data. You can delete your account and all its data from the app at any time.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive an account identifier, your email address and, if you share it, your name. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we receive a private relay address instead of your real one.

Information you enter

Purchases

If you subscribe to Nappio Plus, the purchase is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We receive your subscription status and transaction identifiers, linked to an anonymous app user ID, so we can unlock Plus on your devices. We never see your card or payment details.

Stored only on your device

App settings such as theme, chosen calming sound and autoplay stay on your device and are not sent to us.

What we don’t collect

We don’t use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, we don’t track you across other apps or websites, and we don’t collect your location, contacts, photos or microphone.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, under contracts that protect it:

We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we only disclose it to others if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account), your account, baby details and sleep history are permanently deleted from our servers. Purchase records may be kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as required by law. You can also email us to ask for deletion.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw any consent you gave. To do so, email support@nappioapp.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) — or the authority where you live.

Children

Nappio is meant for parents and caregivers aged 18 or over, not for children. The baby details in the app are entered and controlled by you as the parent or caregiver, and you can change or delete them at any time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to it is restricted to your own account, and sign-in tokens are stored in your device’s secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
