Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nappio app and any Nappio Plus subscription. Nappio is provided by Nappio, Lithuania (“Nappio”, “we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Nappio.
1. The app
Nappio helps parents and caregivers track a baby’s naps and nights and play calming sounds. Sleep tracking and White noise are free. Nappio Plus unlocks additional calming sounds.
2. Not medical advice
Nappio is a logging and comfort tool. It does not monitor your baby, give medical advice or replace your own judgement or a healthcare professional. Always follow safe-sleep guidance, and contact a doctor about any concern about your baby’s health or sleep.
When playing sounds, keep the volume low and the device away from your baby’s cot or sleep space.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account); this permanently deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Nappio Plus subscriptions
- Nappio Plus is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
- If we change subscription prices, the store notifies you in advance as required.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Nappio: don’t interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Content and intellectual property
The data you enter belongs to you; you give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app. The app, its design, sounds and content belong to Nappio or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Nappio available and your data safe, but we can’t promise the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Nappio Plus, we’ll give reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You can stop using Nappio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after warning you where reasonable.
9. Liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. App Store and Google Play
These terms are between you and Nappio, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support or any claims relating to it. If you downloaded Nappio from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you; your use must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price where applicable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Nappio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
